For the Peil Pal Seniors travelling tomorrow morning to Bekan please bring:

• Club kit and new Training Top - we will have the tops available before the bus departs for those still waiting on one
• Runners or moulded boots
• Water
• Gumshield
• Supermacs will be provided by the club but that's not unitl 12pm so bring some snacks to keep them going from 8am to 12.
