The club are registered for the Irish Life ‘Every Step Counts’ challenge this year to get you up and moving in the New Year. It’s simple enough to get registered you must download the app MyLife by Irish Life put in your details scroll down to 'challenges' and then it will ask you to put in your province and then scroll down and select our club. All you have to do then is get out and get walking in your own time. If you have any queries or problems contact health & wellbeing officer Darragh McGrath who is co-ordinating this.
