St. Patricks GAA Club

We extend sympathy to Mrs. Joan Fox of Garranguile Cloneen on the recent death of her father Jack Cosgrave of Carnew Co. Wicklow, Joan and her husband Ger have made a major contribution to the communities of Cloneen and Drangan in recent years. Joan is the Child safety Officer for Cloneen Parish and also helps out with the GAA Lotto.

Ger is a tireless worker coaching ladies Football and Camogie teams and also coached Hurling and Football teams in Luke’s playing days. Luke also represented South Tipperary at under age hurling. Leah, Emily and Kate have all represented St. Patricks in both Camogie and Ladies Football while Kate and Emily have worn the blue and gold of Tipperary and Kate is a member of the Co. Tipperary Under 16 A Camogie panel for 2025. May the soul of Jack Cosgrave rest in peace.

We also extend sympathy to Mr. Richard Delaney of Magoury Drangan on the recent death of his mother Mrs. Nellie Delaney (nee McCormack), New Birmingham. Nellie was a native of Magoury and her sister Mary died there just a few years ago.             May Nellie rest in peace.
