Tinryland G.F.C. Club Notes 4th February 2024
The opening fixtures for the new season for Tinryland adult teams were published at the weekend. Tinryland senior footballers will begin their division 1 league campaign with a home fixture against Rathvilly on Friday 16th February at 7.30 p.m. On the following evening Saturday 17th February our junior team who are in Division 3 will be away to Palatine at 7.30 p.m.
Richie McGrath and John Sparks Murphy will join new team manager John Nolan as senior selectors for the forthcoming league and championship season.
All current members and players are reminded that membership fees are now due and for insurance reasons all players must be paid up members before the start of the season. Membership fees can be paid via the club force app.
The club lotto jackpot now stands at €5700 and can be played via the club force app or by purchasing a ticket from any committee member.
Last Mondays lotto jackpot was not won. Lucky dip winners were: James Dempsey, Una O’Gorman, Cormac Walshe and John Rasher Farrell.
A full executive committee meeting will be held on Monday next 12th February at 8 p.m.
