🇳🇬 Healthy Club 🇳🇬
We are delighted to have retained our Healthy Club status for 2023.
This is in recognition of the opportunities we have offered to our members and wider community to help improve physical, social and mental health. This year's initiatives included two visits from Action Cancer's Big Bus, mental fitness talks to adult teams and mental fitness videos for juvenile teams, Men's Health event, Dementia Awareness workshops, Walkers and Talkers group, Social hurling and our charity fundraising.
Thank you to everyone who helped with or attended any of our events.
