Limerick Regatta:
We had a great start to the racing season at Limerick Regatta with six wins! Congratulations to all the athletes and their coaches. WJ13 8x+ WJ18 4- WS 4X- MJ15 4X+ MJ14 8X+ MJ16 4X+ Well done to all the athletes and coaches. Also, Limerick Regatta Committee thanks SMRC volunteers for their help at Limerick Regatta and also School's Regatta, and SMRC for providing power and other facilities essential to the running of these events.
Riverfest Regatta:
Delighted to announce that in conjunction with Riverfest we are running a fun regatta in OCS on Monday May 6 from 4-6pm on a short course from Sarsfield Bridge to Shannon bridge. This will be aimed primarily at local clubs and is being organised by the Rec’s, chaired by Dara O’Connor. Join us for a fun, social event and an opportunity to showcase our sport in the city centre. All enquiries including volunteering offers to Dara. Race 1- Adults mixed Race 2 - Adults mixed Race 3- Corporate Race 4 - J 14 depending on crews either mixed or girls / boys Race 5- J 14 depending on crews either mixed or girls / boys Race 6 - Adults Mixed Race 7 - Coastal doubles
